Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Williamson County Mattress Recyclers website and your purchase or use of our mattress pickup, hauling, and recycling services.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, scheduling a pickup, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book our services.
1. About Us
Williamson County Mattress Recyclers (“Williamson County Mattress Recyclers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mattress, box spring, foundation, and approved bed-frame pickup and recycling services in Williamson County, Texas.
Email: [email protected]
Service area: Williamson County, Texas
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.
If you book services for another person, business, property owner, tenant, or location, you represent that you have authority to make the booking and authorize us to access the designated pickup area.
3. Available Services
We provide outdoor pickup and recycling services for approved items, which may include:
Toddler mattresses
Twin mattresses
Full mattresses
Queen mattresses
King mattresses
Box springs and mattress foundations
Metal bed frames
Multiple mattresses or other items approved in advance
The services and items currently available are shown on our booking or services page. Contact us before booking if you have a specialty mattress, adjustable base, oversized item, nonstandard foundation, or an item not specifically listed.
We may refuse any item that was not included in the order, was described inaccurately, presents a safety or health risk, or cannot reasonably be removed using our standard equipment.
4. Outdoor Pickup Only
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, our standard service is an outdoor pickup service. Our crew does not enter homes, apartments, offices, storage units, or other buildings.
Before the scheduled pickup window begins, all items must be:
Placed curbside, in a driveway, or in another location directly accessible from outside
Clearly visible or identified
Accessible to our vehicle and crew
Free from obstructions, locked gates, loose animals, or other hazards
Located on property where you have permission to place the items
Prepared in accordance with any instructions provided during booking
An item placed just inside an accessible backyard gate may be accepted if our crew can reach it safely without entering a building.
Unless we agree otherwise, you do not need to be present if the items are properly placed and accessible.
5. Orders and Scheduling
To book a pickup, you must select the applicable service, provide accurate information, pay the required amount, and choose an available pickup date.
Available appointment dates and pickup windows are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, equipment problems, staffing, safety concerns, unusually heavy service demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation, pickups are performed Monday through Friday during the service window shown on the booking page. A scheduled date or window does not guarantee arrival at an exact time.
We may contact you by telephone, text message, or email if we need directions, cannot locate the items, cannot safely access the property, or need to reschedule the service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate contact, service-address, item, and scheduling information
Select and pay for the correct number, type, and size of items
Obtain permission from the property owner or other responsible party
Make the items safely accessible before the pickup window begins
Provide accurate gate, parking, access, or placement instructions
Remove personal property from the items before pickup
Keep children, pets, vehicles, and other obstacles away from the work area
Inform us in advance of any condition that could affect safety or access
Comply with applicable property, apartment, HOA, parking, and municipal requirements
We are not responsible for personal belongings, cash, documents, electronics, jewelry, medications, or other property left in or attached to an item.
Once an item has been collected, it generally cannot be returned.
7. Item Condition and Prohibited Materials
We may accept mattresses that are stained, torn, sagging, worn, or otherwise damaged. However, we may refuse items that contain or are suspected of containing:
Bedbugs, fleas, lice, or other active infestations
Needles, sharps, weapons, or dangerous objects
Human or animal waste
Blood, bodily fluids, or biological hazards beyond ordinary household staining
Hazardous chemicals or regulated substances
Excessive moisture, mold, or contamination
Materials that may create an unreasonable risk to our crew, equipment, vehicle, or recycling partners
You must disclose known infestations, contamination, or hazardous conditions before booking. Failure to disclose such a condition may result in refusal of service without a refund and may make you responsible for reasonable cleaning, treatment, disposal, or damage costs caused by the undisclosed condition.
8. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website or booking page and may vary according to mattress size, item type, quantity, location, special handling requirements, or other relevant factors.
Payment is generally required online when an order is placed. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout and any additional amount you later approve.
Applicable taxes, processing costs, or approved additional-service charges may be added where required.
We may correct pricing, typographical, or service-description errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will provide the option to approve the corrected amount or cancel the affected service for a refund.
Prices and available services may change at any time, but changes will not ordinarily affect a confirmed and fully paid order unless the order was based on inaccurate information or an obvious pricing error.
9. Incorrect or Additional Items
The items presented for pickup must match the items included in your order.
If an item is larger, heavier, more numerous, materially different, or more difficult to access than described, we may:
Decline the item
Collect only the items included in the original order
Provide a revised price
Require payment for additional services before completing the pickup
Reschedule the service
Our crew is not required to collect unpaid or unapproved items left near the scheduled items.
10. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
You may request cancellation or rescheduling through your booking confirmation or by emailing us as soon as possible.
A cancellation made before the pickup has been dispatched or materially performed may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refund eligibility may be reduced by payment-processing costs, travel already undertaken, special arrangements, or work already performed.
A completed pickup is nonrefundable. A missed or unsuccessful pickup may also be nonrefundable when:
The items were not outside and accessible on time
The service address or contact information was incorrect
A gate was locked or access was blocked
The items did not match the order
The items presented an undisclosed health or safety risk
The customer or property owner denied access
The items had already been removed by someone else
If we cancel a service and cannot reasonably reschedule it, we will refund the amount paid for the unperformed service.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by the applicable bank or payment provider.
11. Weather, Access, and Safety
We may delay, reschedule, or discontinue a pickup when conditions are unsafe or impractical, including severe weather, flooding, lightning, dangerous traffic, inaccessible roads, construction, aggressive animals, unstable items, or unsafe property conditions.
We will attempt to notify you and arrange another available date when practical. A reasonable delay or rescheduling caused by circumstances outside our control is not a breach of these Terms.
Our crew has sole discretion to determine whether an item or pickup location can be handled safely.
12. Recycling and Disposal
Our service is intended to divert mattresses and recoverable materials from landfills through responsible recycling. Collected items may be transported to a recycling facility or recycling partner where materials such as metal, foam, wood, fiber, and fabric may be separated, recovered, reused, or otherwise processed.
Actual recycling outcomes may depend on an item’s condition, contamination, available recycling markets, facility requirements, and applicable laws. We do not guarantee that every component of every item will be recyclable.
If an item or component cannot reasonably be recycled, it may be handled through another lawful disposal method.
13. Property Damage
We will use reasonable care while performing services. You are responsible for identifying fragile surfaces, underground systems, restricted areas, low clearances, unstable structures, landscaping concerns, or other property conditions that could be affected by vehicle or crew access.
We are not responsible for:
Preexisting damage
Ordinary wear resulting from authorized access
Damage caused by unsafe or inaccurate customer instructions
Damage resulting from hidden defects or hazardous conditions
Damage caused by moving an item that the customer improperly prepared
Damage to driveways, lawns, curbs, gates, or surfaces not reasonably suitable for service vehicles or equipment
Any claim concerning service-related property damage must be reported promptly and include photographs and a reasonable description of the alleged damage.
14. Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about, contacting, or purchasing our services.
You may not:
Use the website fraudulently or unlawfully
